DIY Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte at home for half the price and calories! A healthy version of this classic fall PSL

OMG it's pumpkin spice season! I have been waiting all year for cold days, autumn leaves, and pumpkin spice, but my body does not LOVE all the sugar of the traditional Starbucks PSL. That is when I made this DIY Pumpkin Spice Latte with half the sugar, calories, and price using Pumpkin Spice Shakeology!


Shakeology is a combination of protein powder, multivitamin, probiotic, adaptogens, phytonutrients, and fiber! Basically everything you need to be healthy is one little scoop a day!


This version of Pumpkin Spice Latte only has 190 calories and 7g of sugar compared to Starbucks PSL with 380 calories and 50 grams of sugar. This Shakeology version also has 18g of protein so it can replace your protein shake for the day and breakfast for the same exact at a grande latte.

Pumpkin Spice Shakeology recipe to make your own homemade Starbucks PSL

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 cup coffee

(or substitute Vegan Vanilla with Pumpkin Pie Spice)


Directions

Brew your favorite coffee.


Blend coffee and Pumpkin Spice Shakeology together.


Heat up almond milk & coconut oil in mason jar in microwave for 1 minute.


Froth or shake your almond milk to create foam.


Pour on top and add some cinnamon for fun.
