My 1:1 client, let’s call her Emily, began living her most magical life after we began working together on healing her fear of being herself. 

She loved writing since she was a kid and was pretty good at it too! But growing up everyone told her to take the safe route in life and go to school to be a doctor or a lawyer. So she did…

Half way through Emily’s senior year she felt confused, frustrated, and burnt out. Suddenly the great student who got straight A’s her whole life was struggling in her classes. This seeped into the rest of her life too - problems with her relationship, struggling to fall asleep at night, and this constant nagging thought that she should be doing something else.

So we got to work with EFT tapping and journaling to rediscover her passions, awaken her inner child, and heal the stories and limiting beliefs keeping Emily from being herself. Almost instantly she felt more clarity and peace in her life.

She began writing again, started spending time in nature like she did as a kid growing up on a farm, and those pesky thoughts tearing her down on the daily seemed to have shut up finally…

…and then the craziest things started happening! Emily was getting offers almost weekly to publish her work, the issues in her relationship resolved themselves, and she even was sleeping better!
