When you combine your positive intentions that we set in the first module with your elevated emotions you learn about in this module, you shift your vibration and the Law of Attraction can get to work. Get ready for some easy, fun embodiment practices to feel amazing all day every day and watch your manifestations to start flowing to you!   1. If you just achieved/received your goal, how would you feel? What would you be thinking and saying?

  2. Now imagine calling a friend or loved one to celebrate the good news! What would you say? (remember to write it in the past tense cause it already happened!)

  3. Write your future script! I'll help you get started: 'OMG! I can't believe how much has changed this month! I manifested ____________. It feels so good to finally ____________......."

Your homework this module is to FEEL the feelings as if you manifestations were already yours as much as possible throughout the day. Whatever feels good and puts you into a high vibe is perfect! Keeping bringing up those emotions by doing the following:

1.Try each embodiment practice at least once and pick one or two to do every day either after your morning ritual or whenever it feels good.

2. Find something to anchor your senses too during your manifestation rituals whether it is smell, sound, touch, etc and use it daily to create that emotional response.

3. Continue your homework from module 1!
