No Weight Leg & Core Workout

After being put on a no weight lifting order from my chiropractor, I panicked! I have been lifting weights for years and did not want to lose all my booty gains so I had to get creative, but I also didn’t want to spend 30 minutes of my day doing air squats or whatever squat challenge is out there today...

That‘s where my inspiration for these moves came! Simple, effective, and quick! Each move targets your legs & core by keeping the muscle under tension for an entire minute! Trust me, no weight doesn’t mean no burn!!

Try each of these moves for 1 minute on each side & repeat twice through for a full booty & abs workout!
